Abstract

The article is devoted to a review of the current state of methods and tools for the diagnostics of the aquatic environment of coastal waters. General approaches to environmental monitoring of the natural environment, existing versions of diagnostic tools are described. The possibilities of satellite monitoring of algal blooms in the seas and oceans are considered. Methods of remote sensing of effective search for fish resources, hydrological parameters: sea surface temperature, ocean color and ocean currents are given. The issues of monitoring and modeling of marine ecological systems for analysis and forecasting of ecosystem dynamics are considered. The review of modern hydroacoustic monitoring systems of the underwater environment with the use of autonomous underwater vehicles, their features, development prospects is given.
