Abstract
The analysis of the components of the carbonate system of the Sevastopol Bay is performed. The organic to inorganic carbon ratio in the bottom sediments of the bay is determined. Spatial variations in the TCO2 and CO2 are shown. It is shown that the carbon cycle in this region is characterized by the flux of CO2 to the atmosphere and accumulation of organic carbon in bottom sediments.
