Abstract
To prevent an anchovy overfishing, the developed ecological and economic model involves an effect of oceanologic conditions of a spawning season on replenishing as well as a variability of length-age frame caught an anchovy on its trade stores. . The scheme of functional dependences between components of biocenosis and factors of influence in a warm season is realized in the new ecological-economic model. The opportunity to use the obtained results for scientifically based management of the anchovy catch is demonstrated.
