Abstract
The main objective of the present study is the analysis of the stormy activity in the Black Sea during the last 25 years, using the method of mathematical modeling. Based on the obtained results, it is possible to conclude that the average annual storm activity on the Black Sea increased by 10-15% for the period from 1990 to 2014. The strengthening of the eastern part of the atmospheric circulation is mostly responsible for this tendency.
