Abstract

Process of complex geoenvironmental monitoring is carried out at three levels: regional, local and detailed levels of monitoring.

Regional level of monitoring covers big sites coastal sea areas or area of water areasof the seas. Geoecological polygones are created, geological and hydrophysical, hydrobiological, hydrochemical, litodinamichesky, hydrological and other researches are carried out. At this level survey space pictures are used.

Local level of monitoring is carried out on the certain coastal and sea areas and water areas demanding the solution of urgent environmental problems (reductions of beaches, catastrophic emissions of pollutants, manifestations of negative natural processes, etc.). Materials of large-scale space pictures which give an idea of an ecological situation on separate local sites, due to the need of the solution of a specific objective (construction of the major buildings and constructions are used (ports, economic zones, pipelines, etc.).

Detailed level of control is carried out on separate objects responsible for environmental pollution and the trebushchikh of continuous environmental monitoring (drilling platforms, pipelines, communication lines, port constructions.
