Abstract
The modern problems of nature management in the coastal zone of the Crimean peninsula are considered. It is shown that they are mainly resulting from population growth, increase in the number of tourists and related economic development of the coastal zone in the last 50 years. Natural and human impact factors are allocated separately. The problems associated with the effective use of funds allocated for coastal protection in the 2015 – 2020 are discussed.
